We offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged or defective, UNREEF will cover the costs of return shipping.
Our 365 Replacement Policy ensures that if any of our products break or are damaged from normal use or wear, we will replace it with no additional cost to you.
International Customers: We still have the 365 Day Replacement Warranty however if you (the buyer) requests a new replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with it.
Please note that we may make small changes to the design of our products over time, such as adding new features, making structural improvements, or enhancing aesthetics. Therefore, please be aware that any replacement you receive may have some differences from the original product.

All of our items are made to order. Depending on the type it will take around the following times

Small/Average size Light Shades. Ex: AI Prime, Kessil a160, a80 (1 week)
Large Shades XR-15, Hydra 24HD, 32HD [1-2 weeks]
Extra Large Shades XR-30, Hydra 64HD Nicrew 150w (2-4 weeks)
The plastics we use are mostly a mixture of PETG, ABS, ASA & PLA. All of them have strengths and weaknesses.
Compared to other 3D printing services we only use premium plastics which come directly from the OEM that we buy in bulk. They understand how their plastic's dynamics and we can get data to make sure of the purity. Others use what's the cheapest and on sale at the time.
